Includes all teaching materials and certificates. All courses are taught at level 3. Learners must be aged 16years and over.

Terms and conditions
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- A £100 deposit will be required to secure booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to certificate release.
TRAVEL
- First 40 minutes from Bishops Cleeve is included within the course fee.
- Additional mileage and travel costs may apply for venues beyond this distance and will be agreed before booking confirmation.
CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the course date may result in the loss of the booking deposit.
- If KJ Emergency Essentials is required to cancel a course, customers will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date.
CERTIFICATES
- Learners must attend the full course and successfully complete all required assessments to achieve certification.
- Certificates will be issued electronically within 48 hours of receipt of full payment.
- All certificates are valid for 3 years.
PRACTICAL/WTITTEN ASSESSMENTS
- Learners are required to participate in practical activities throughout the course.
- Demonstrate at least 2 minutes of CPR on the floor and completing other practical assessment elements as required by the qualification.
- First Aid at Work & Paediatric First Aid at Work courses included a written assessment.
COURSE ACREDITATION
First Aid Awards (FAA) are an awarding organisation regulated by Ofqual and the qualification sits on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).
All courses are delivered, assessed and quality assured adhering to the Assessment Principles for Regulated First Aid Qualifications and delivered and assessed in accordance with the current Resuscitation Council UK Guidelines.
FAQS
Can the course be split into shorter sessions?
Yes. Courses can be taught in minimum of 3 hour sessions, for additional £50 per visit to cover the extra set up and travel costs.
Can we have the course at our own venue?
Of course! Many customers prefer this, allowing your team to train in a familiar environment helps put these skills in real world scenarios.
Are training courses just Monday-Friday?
No, evenings and weekend training may be available upon request.
